Solution Implementation

We initiated our process with a discovery workshop that convened client stakeholders and our design and project management specialists. Furthermore its extension to caregivers’ system allowed them to respond quickly to their inquiries and provide real-time guidance on health-related issues.

Moreover, the intuitive user interface is curated in a way which is easy to use, enabling residents to initiate contact without any difficulty in navigation. This functionality not only enhanced the quality of care but also empowered residents to seek help whenever necessary.
